Changed something on this one? added the screen recently? Looking at this kind of piece makes me think it woud be perfect in a party, on a big screen, moving to the sound of electro music =D!

Cause it's a particularity of DIN ALTERNATE font. Strange not? ;)

so they're actually the same size number?

Exactly, the DIN font has some numbers that at the same size are more big than others. It's kinda weird but it's a very good font.

Just a question.

Is it a matter of my monitor colour calibration or it's a bit too dark and over-saturated?

On my PC laptop at the angle I usually work at it looked perfectly saturated and contrasted.

On my monitor connected to my laptop it looked a bit over saturated but well contrasted.

On the 20" LCD Apple display at my school it looked perfectly contrasted but a bit over saturated.

I think you should leave the contrast as it is, but desaturate the piece a smidge. Nothing major tho, like 10% or less.

To answer your question about dark and over-sat, I think it looks nice as-is. Really deep colors, nice contrast.

(I'm on my new 27" iMac!)

iMac 27'' I HATE YOU...

Still on my latop HP 17'' (but I can't have a desktop, I'm always moving for work and for me it's better to have a laptop, or just simply cause I don't have enough money to buy me an extra desktop computer, argh!)

Cheers my friend :ahoy:

p.s. like the new layout?

I love the new layout!

And I've gotten a lot of jealous comments toward my new computer, but I'm planning to have it last awhile. The warranty is three years long now with AppleCare, so it should cover me until college time, when I'll then buy a laptop.

It might be. I'm on a laptop at the moment, so I can't exactly make a fair judgement. I'm getting an iMac delivered in the next few days - I can tell you for sure then.

If anything I would have said it was under-saturated in places :S

The places in the dark are under-saturated cause it's wnated by me to let them like this.

I mean if the general look seems over-rated, but at least I think it's ok.

Good luck also to you 4 the contest.

Abuzeedo is still silent about the entries, I'm waiting 4 them.
