RETURN OF THE MEGA-DRIVE III by RichardTheRough RETURN OF THE MEGA-DRIVE III by RichardTheRough
THE RETURN OF THE MEGA-DRIVE III.

First version

Second version

Fourth version

Fifth version

Sixth version

Last two... (just go search in the next versions into the description)

This third version shows better how the robot is composed, so combining together all the sega consoles into the shape of the final mecha.

And, for who has missed its story written into its first version, here it is (copy and paste, easy...):

Inspired by this [link]

I have seen some days ago into my deviant watch inbox this piece by Mr. Jonathan Haggard a.k.a. :iconskryingbreath: .

With a gameboy and a silly quote/title about it.

I've thought "back in the days!!! damn!" adn I've remembered my old Sega Mega-Drive 16-bit with nostalgia.

Then I've started to think "I gotta create something about mega-drive." And got back doing editorial works for my real job.

Till yesterday, at evening/night, when after 2 bottles of beer (66 cl) I've said : "let's do it!!!".

So I've started, a bit drunk, to search crappy photos without copyrights on google images of all the sega consoles of the past, from Master System to Vojager to my Glorious Mega-Drive.

And then for 3 hours I've combined piece after piece in a robot-mecha-decepticon beast composition.

And added a silly quote/title.

This is it.

MegaDrive meets MegaTron.

this is brilliant, even the way the different images are placed give the entire piece a 3rd dimension! love it

Thanks 4 the comment, nice to know that it seems also 3-dimensional instead a flat design.
Have you checked also the other versions? (they're all linked into the description)

Thanks again, cheers!
